Adventure, climbing and exploration stories on the big screen.

Mountains on Stage returns with a brand-new Summer Edition, bringing a curated selection of world-class mountain films to Perth for one night only.

This is not a CAWA-run event, but a great opportunity for the local climbing community to come together, get inspired, and connect over shared passion for adventure.

Expect an evening of powerful storytelling-from bold alpine ascents to creative big wall expeditions and deeply personal journeys. Highlights include an all-female attempt on the iconic Cerro Torre ridge, a sailing expedition to untouched Greenland cliffs, and a high-intensity Yosemite big wall challenge.

The films combine high-level climbing, exploration, and human stories, making this suitable for all climbers and outdoor enthusiasts-whether you’re actively pushing grades or simply drawn to the mountains.

CAWA members can unlock a ~20% discount code after logging in below.

Bring your climbing partners, friends, or family and enjoy a relaxed cinema evening with the WA climbing community.
