Join our First Aid Demonstration focusing on the most common injuries when climbing. The demonstration will be run by St John and will focus on the following:

• DRSABCD including Recovery Position

• Fractures

• Head Injuries

• Neck & Spinal Injuries

• Bleeding Control

• Environmental Conditions - Heat-induced

• Envenomation - Snake Bite

Feel free to tick a few routes on Dreamcatcher Wall, as the ticket includes using the gym's facilities before and after the event.

Be aware that you won't receive a certificate for completing this event as this is not first aid training.
