Two nights. Big climbs. Bigger stoke. CAWA on the mic in Leederville.

Expect a high-energy mix of fresh climbing stories from around the world, with powerful themes of community, resilience and progression. Highlights from this year’s program include sea-cliff courage in First Rush (Western Australia), a thoughtful journey of identity in Beauty in a Fall, Thai crag development with Climb Together, highlining across a mythical stone arch in Les Passagers du Vide, and Bronwyn Hodgins’ return to form in La Rubia. Films may vary between screenings.

We’re stoked to be back on the mic! CAWA will be emceeing the Perth stop of the Climbing Film Tour 2025 at Luna Leederville. Second screening will be at Luna on SX, Fremantle. Please note: CAWA is only emceeing; the tour is organised and ticketed by the Climbing Film Tour and Luna Cinemas.

Featured Films:

• First Rush - sea-cliff climbing as a path back from trauma.

• Beauty in a Fall - an IFMGA guide’s deeply personal story of identity and recovery.
